Targeting the American motorsports enthusiast

In 2017, Speed City will be a comprehensive content provider for racing in the United States,IMG_4397 focusing on both four and two wheel international motorsports including Formula 1, FIAWEC, MotoGP , World Superbikes, the Macau GP, the Toyota Racing Series and American motorsports including Indycar, MotoAmerica and the IMSA series.

Our mission is to connect the dots and tell the story of what’s happening in International motorsport at the highest level to what’s emerging at the grass routes level in the USA. From Moto GP’s Valentino Rossi to up coming future stars such as American Joe Roberts. We discuss and report on Haas F1 team and their emergence as a Formula One contender while introducing our audience to the next F1 American stars such Haas junior driver Santino Ferrucci and RedBull Junior Neil Verhagen.

Our first guest on the show in 2012 was an unknown American racing GP2 in Europe – We told his story as he become the first American since Scott Speed to gain an F1 Super licence before racing in F1 at COTA . California’s rising star Alexander Rossi went on to win the 2016 Indy 500 and Speed City covered the event live from Indy and he continues to be a regular guest on the show.

Our team at Speed City is uniquely poised to do this, given that we have forged relationships with F1, MotoGP, FIAWEC, Indycar, and more. We also have access to some of the biggest names in motorsports broadcasting including one of the best, our own Jonathan Green.

With Jonathan Green presenting and commentate races across the USA and around the world, the host team of Speed City’s Jon Massengale and Les Kiser will anchor the broadcasts from Austin, Texas and will be on-site at major events at American venues like Circuit of The Americas.
