Vibrating Seats? When Cadillac launches the 2013 ATS sport sedan and 2013 XTS luxury sedan later this year, the new cars will sport a range of new safety technologies. In addition to systems designed to detect and prevent crashes, the ATS and XTS will receive a special vibrating driver’s seat.
