Jon Massengale

Jon’s gear-head pedigree goes back to his first dirt bike at age 9.  From there it includes lots of small block Chevy’s, Chrysler Hemi’s, Turbo Buick’s, rotary power, BMW M power, superchargers, nitrous and a few 32v DOHC V8’s designed by Lotus.  Some open wheel time, some drag racing, and lots of time under his lift with a wrench in his hand. And I challenge you to ask a question about new car specs he doesn’t know. A native Austinite, Jon has been spinning his tires in the Austin area since he was riding his Honda Trail 70 down Mopac while it was under construction. Jon is a graduate of the Skip Barber 3 day racing school open-wheel course at Big Willow.

An experienced entrepreneur, Jon Massengale founded several Austin companies in technology, marketing and broadcasting.
