Feb 1, 2025 – We chatted with Circuit of The Americas CEO Bobby Epstein about the recent work done at the Circuit.
“It is the last section that now completes a full repave of the track – and removal of all the wrongly installed pipes that went under it (causing most of the bumps) We had to use the off-peak months to complete the full repave, so it took a couple seasons to do it all.” Epstein said. When asked specifically which turns he said “turns 3-7 in the esses”. Epstein also confirmed that Austin Bridge & Road was the contractor doing the work.
