Speed City F1 on SiriusXM Radio to continue Formula 1 coverage

On Sunday, March 17, Speed City F1 on SiriusXM launches 2019 Formula 1 coverage.

SiriusXM will continue radio coverage of the FIA Formula One World Championship season Sunday with the Rolex Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne with pre-race coverage starting at midnight EDT.  The race will air live from start to finish followed by the post-race show, all on the Dan Patrick Channel 211 on SiriusXM radios (Streaming 211) and on the SiriusXM app.

For the play-by-play listeners nationwide will hear the BBC 5 Live radio broadcast for each event. The BBC 5 Live radio Formula One coverage is one of the most respected broadcasts F1 in the World. Produced by award-winning London Production company USP since 2006 they travel to every race and produce play by play live coverage of each race on-site and this year joining regular host Jenny Gow will Lead commentator Jack Nicholls and fresh from the fray of Formula One ex Renault F1 driver Jolyon Palmer.

Additionally, exclusive pre- and post-race shows will air as part of SiriusXM’s coverage on Sunday. Speed City F1 is America’s voice for F1.  Hosted by Jon Massengale, Les Kiser and veteran motorsport TV commentator and host Jonathan Green, Speed City F1 will air in the hour before and after every Formula 1 race this season. They will analyze the action, discuss the talking points of each race and then throw it out to the American fans of the Sport to give their take on this lively call-in talk show which gives its audience all news, views, and opinions of all things Formula 1.
